Starting a new journey can be scary, especially when it comes to your health. Sometimes all you need is the support to get started and keep going; that's why we're here.

All of our services are listed below but if you're unsure which is best for you, please send us an email so that we can better explain things for you.

Nutrition counseling services can be scheduled directly from the shop page or through Laura. Packages will be scheduled after purchase and any testing will be ordered and sent to you. Feel free to reach out to inquire about availability and insurance coverage.

We accept insurance!

We currently accept Cigna and United Healthcare insurance which will cover most initial and follow up consults at 100%. Functional tests (GI MAP, Food Sensitivity testing) are not typically covered. Reach out to inquire about partial coverage or to verify eligibility.

Services We Provide

  • Initial Nutrition Assessment

    An initial assessment will last 60 minutes and will involve a comprehensive nutrition history and a review of symptoms, concerns and issues. We'll work together to assess your goals create a plan that works for you. You will leave with recommendations and a meal guide to help jumpstart your progress.

    If we are in network with your insurance, your visit will typically be covered at 100%.

    Self pay rate: $200

  • Follow up Assessment

    Follow up visits are 30 minutes long and are scheduled to check in on progress toward your goals and your tolerance of any dietary adjustments. If we need to make changes to your plan we will do so at these visits.

    Follow up visits are also typically covered at 100% by insurance if in network.

  • Packages

    In some circumstances, patients will prefer multiple visits to ensure accountability and frequent progress checks.

    Patients who are looking to gain or lose weight, patients with GI issues (IBS, leaky gut, celiac, food allergies/intolerances, etc.) and others may benefit from booking visit packages.

    Packages are designed and scheduled based on each individual patient's goals and needs so please email us to discuss what may work best for you.

  • Functional Testing

    Functional testing is used to get to the root of your issues. We may recommend tests to assess issues such as microbiome health, SIBO, leaky gut, food sensitivities, inflammation and others. While functional testing is not typically covered by insurance, payment plans are available. Any tests will be discussed in great detail during your assessment and if agreed upon, test kits and orders will be sent directly to you with instructions to complete. Once results are received, we will call you to discuss the results.
